Yes it a little run down but the staff was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. Can’t beat the price and good breakfast! Wish there was a hot tub though.

Pretty good value for the price, especially during ski season when prices are nuts. Room was clean and cozy enough. Everything worked except the toilet needed a couple flushes to do the job, sad! Would recommend asking for a room away from or not facing the road, which is loud and the window not very soundproof. Breakfast unspectacular, but notably starts at 6 so it's nice for an early start.

I have worked in the Jackson area for 14 years, and stayed at all the hotels. This hotel has the best staff, prices, and management. They have created an environment that feels both safe and welcoming to all that stay. If you are wondering where to stay in Jackson, this is your place.

We stayed last weekend at the Best Western, Jackson and with some trepidation I score it a 4 out of 5. First, when checking in, I noticed that they immediately put us on the second floor so I asked if they had elevators to which the clerk said, "no" to which I said, "oh, no ADA compliance?" "To which he said "what's that?" (I can tell he will one day be a manager in the hospitality industry.) I said, "that is the law that assures access compliance for folks with limited mobility." To which he said, "we are historical" (right, from the 1980's perhaps, not the 1880's. I am thinking that some mention should be made of this deficit in the listing on Hotels.com. No offer to look for a downstairs room, just, that was it. Fortunately my mobility issues are not critical (yet), but my impression of this place, where I had stayed twice before, became more so. The place was reasonably quiet, and if you set aside the fact that all upstairs and downstairs doors to the halls were apparently open all the time (no security locking) and the guy blowing copious amounts of dope, which wafted down the halls from the staircase landing, everything was just peachy. The room was clean and well appointed though. The Denny's next door had gone out of business.

Huge, I mean really huge, clean room. Convenient to so many locations. Fantastic staff. Courteous, helpful and friendly to everyone. The night we stayed, lots of firefighters from all over came to stay the night before being deployed out to all the fires. We wish everyone a safe journey and thank you for your service.

Best Western is usually a reliable brand. Although I'm a BW Rewards member, I was able to get a lower rate on Priceline. Check in was simple. The room was in good order, but we did observe a few unwelcome insects on the floor or furniture. So I think they need to expend a little more effort on pest control management. Breakfast was good -- eggs, potatoes, bacon -- but was lacking fresh fruit, and yogurt (from a dispenser?) was unavailable. Bagels, bread, and mini muffins were also available.

Whenever I’m in town for work, I always choose to stay here. They offer excellent corporate rates, and I’ve never had a single issue during my stays. The staff is always incredibly friendly, the rooms are consistently clean, and the breakfast is a real highlight. They typically serve hot options like eggs with bacon or sausage, and sometimes biscuits with gravy and breakfast potatoes. They also offer waffles, a yogurt machine, and a variety of other breakfast choices. Having a good breakfast is important to me when picking a hotel, and this place never disappoints. I highly recommend Amador Best Western to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and a hearty breakfast to start their day. Thank you to the entire team — keep up the great work!
